    Secretary of the Party Committee: Mr. Yao Jianguo
    Mr. Yao Jianguo is secretary of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd and researcher of social science.
    Born in Xi’an, Shaanxi province in December, 1955, he took the job in March, 1974. Graduated from Shaanxi Radio and Television University in July1983 and achieved the MBA degree in Renmin University of China in 2003. He worked for Shaanxi Aircraft Manufacturing Company as a vice-secretary of Youth League, the secretary of Youth League , vice minister of organizing department and then the vice secretary of Party Committee, secretary of Discipline Committee and Chairman of Labour Union in June, 1996. In 2001, he took up the post of director of SAC and assumed Secretary of the Party Committee of SAC in 2002.
    Mr. Yao Jianguo has successively won more than ten titles like Excellent Personnel of National Trade Union, Advanced Personnel in building a clean and honest Party conduct, Excellent Personnel of Shaanxi Trade Union, and Excellent Leader and so on given by All-China Federation of Trade Union, Commission of Science Technology and Industry for National Defense, Province Government and Hanzhong Aviation Industry (Group) Corporation Ltd., etc.
